Who we are
Alchemy Hair Extension Studios is a luxury salon. Clients come to us for an experience, not a bargain. We don’t do kids’ cuts. We don’t do quick-and-cheap. We don’t pack the book for volume. Every client leaves feeling like they were the only person in the room, and we expect you to deliver that every time.
Extensions aren’t an add-on here. They’re the whole craft. A client walks in with thin, short, or damaged hair and walks out with the hair she’s wanted for years. A full transformation in one day, and she’ll never forget who gave it to her.
What you’ll become
You’ll become a hair extension specialist. This is not a weekend certification. It takes real time, and we won’t sugarcoat that.
You’ll train hands-on with our Pro Extensionist, who has 20+ years behind the chair and has never stopped learning in the extension community. That means apprenticing, mentoring, and ongoing coaching until you earn the title.
You keep your book and your income while you learn. We’ll help you move your clients toward high-value extension services and build new ones on top. This is a team-based studio with no booth rent and no going it alone.

Onboarding: skill assessment, studio standards, and moving your book into our system
30 / 60 / 90 days: structured, hands-on extension training with clear milestones
Junior Specialist: your own extension bookings at the junior pricing tier
Pro Extension Specialist: premium pricing and a book built on transformations
What you’ll do
Keep servicing your cut, color, and blonding clients to a luxury standard
Master K-tip fusion, cold fusion, tape-ins, beaded row / IBE wefts, toppers, and clip-ins
Assist on installs, maintenance, move-ups, and removals until you’ve earned independence
Lead consultations that turn first-timers into long-term package clients
Protect a positive, drama-free, team-first studio
You’re the one if…
You hold an active Colorado cosmetology license
You have clients right now, and you want better clients, not more of them
You have strong cut, color, and blonding fundamentals
You’re coachable. You can be a pro at one thing and a student at another.
You’re patient with the learning curve and in it for the long game

Pay & benefits
Pay range: $30,000–$120,000+ per year. This is a good-faith estimate; earnings depend on how quickly you learn, build your extension book, and move up tiers. The work you put in!
Commission-based plus 100% of tips
Commission grows with each tier: apprentice → junior → pro
No booth rent or product fees; tools and product provided
Paid hands-on extension training and mentorship
